About The Cave
The Salt Barn has imported over 5 tons of therapeutic salt directly from the Himalayas in order to create a unique micro-climate rich in minerals. During your therapeutic session, you will relax in a zero-gravity chair, listen to soothing music, and breathe in air that is saturated with beneficial minerals. The air temperature inside the Salt Cave is kept between 68 - 72 F. Blankets are provided!

Salt Cave Etiquette

Reservation is suggested, but not required. When making the reservations please specify the number and age of guests - For children under 15, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the salt therapy session.

We offer public or private sessions - You will be scheduled for a public session, which can accommodate up to 7 people, unless you request a private session.

Every salt cave session starts exactly at the beginning of the hour and lasts 45 minutes.

Please arrive 10 min before the appointed session. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time, so the clients following you are not penalized. If you arrive late and the salt therapy session has begun, you can not take part in the session.

We provide shoe covers. Please bring socks for children.

Electronic devices or any personal belongings are not allowed in the salt cave (with the exception of medications, if needed). The Salt Barn is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Please be quiet during the public session - To avoid any unnecessary disturbance please stay in the chair during your session; you can leave the room at any time if needed but walking around the Salt Cave is not allowed during the session. However, if you leave the Salt Cave you will not be allowed back into the public session.

Food or drinks are not allowed in the salt cave. If necessary, you can bring a bottle of water. We provide drinking water in the waiting room.

Do not touch walls or any equipment inside the salt room.

Tissues and earplugs are available inside the salt cave.

The spa employee will inform you when the session is over.
